Self-Doubt Affecting Performance (Ep. 24)

This week’s question comes from Alex, a tennis player from New York:

“Dear Coach, my name is Alex, and I am a tennis player from New York. I am reaching out to you because I have been struggling with my confidence on the court. Tennis is my passion and I have been playing competitively for several years. However, I have been experiencing self-doubt lately and it’s affecting my performance. I often find myself getting frustrated during matches and I feel like I am not playing up to my potential. I am hoping that you can help me develop a stronger mental game and teach me how to stay positive and focused on the court. I am committed to working hard and learning from you. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Alex.”
