Functional Coaching Philosophy (S1:E01)

In this episode, Dan talks with longtime volleyball coach Sean Manzi about creating a functional coaching philosophy.  The two discuss the importance of not only creating a coaching philosophy but maintaining and updating it yearly.  A functional philosophy can also be applied to the corporate world, sales professionals, and even performing artists.  The two also take a question from listeners using the #Ask717Soul social media tag.
