Pump The Brakes (S4:E05)

Are we headed for a cliff in the youth sports world?  Possibly.  Can we avoid it? Absolutely.  We need to stop finger-pointing and help educate everyone on ALL the aspects of youth sports.  We need to get all the stakeholders involved (coaches, parents, players, administration, and officials) all to the table to fix it.  I am not saying time is running out, but it certainly is not on our side.
