Join us for an online mental skills training seminar. Coaches often overlook mental training, despite its relative ease and ability to increase performance. This seminar introduces common mental skill training topics and methods, including Goal Setting, Journaling, Breathing & Relaxation, and Mindfulness. The seminar will be delivered online via Zoom (www.zoom.us). Modules are recorded and available for one year to seminar registrants.
